Our website address is: https://manaazil.co.uk. Manaazil is a scholarly digital journal dedicated to Islamic research and articles by Ulama.

Unlike standard blogs, Manaazil does not allow public comments. Therefore, we do not collect data through comment forms. We collect data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Submissions & Correspondence: If you contact us or submit a “Response Article” via email or our submission form, we collect your name, email address, and any professional/scholarly credentials you provide to facilitate the editorial process.
  • Media: As a scholarly journal, if you are a contributor uploading images (such as scans of classical manuscripts), please ensure they do not contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS).

Cookies

  • Administrative Access: If you have an editorial account and log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
  • Login & Interface: When you log in, we set cookies to save your login info and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days; screen options last for a year.
